When my disabled car was towed 2 hours away from my home by a Beckley business I was distraught to say the least. Kim and her husband, the Owners, went way out of their way to make a bad situation better. They not only made arrangements to pick up my car key an hour away, and fix my car, they personally drove it back to me and gave me a break on the storage since I didn't know it had been towed.
